Hey Classmates:
I pray that everyone is safe and happy this New Year’s Morning. I hope that 2008 was good to everyone, and that 2009 will be even better.
Some of ya’ll may already know that on the morning of 12-31-2008 my DAD passed away. It has been a long time in coming with all that he has gone thru in his life. His passing is eased with knowledge that he and Mom got to eat breakfast together that morning. They talked, laughed, and joked with each other. He then went back to bed to lay down and it was over.
I feel drawn closer to my family and friends now more than ever. Dad talked much about friendship these last few years. I have seen and talked to many people that were indeed his friends.
A Man is rich if he has the Lord, family and friends.I just wanted everyone to know we are doing O K and that time will ease the pain somewhat.
Have a wonderful 2009 that is the wish I have for Each of you!
